The theme park offers visitors the feeling of stepping back in time to the Edo period.
There is a ninja haze house theater, a kimono experience, and attractions where you can learn how to throw shuriken and bow and arrow.
In addition, many buildings associated with Date Masamune’s Sendai domain have been recreated, allowing visitors to enjoy the entirety of the emotional Edo period townscape and culture.
Every day there are shows that can be enjoyed by all ages, genders, and nationalities, including powerful ninja action, beautiful oiran (courtesan) dances, and comical period dramas.
In addition, visitors can enjoy a full day of entertainment in the “Ninja Monster Maze,” a karakuri maze, games familiar from fairs and festivals, shuriken throwing and archery, changing into kimono and pretending to be a lord or princess, and eating kushidango dumplings in the elegant shopping district.
This entertainment land is an authentic reproduction of an Edo period downtown area and a grand samurai residence based on historical research, allowing visitors to learn about Japanese history while having fun.
